Prices 

All dogs attending daycare or overnight boarding must complete a Meet & Greet.

This allows us to get to know your dog better and ensure that we are the right environment for them.

If needed, we may recommend additional trial days or trial overnight stays to help your dog settle in comfortably.


Meet & Greet

 2 Hours  £20 ( includes all dogs from same household)

Our meet & greets are a  relaxed introduction that lets your dog explore Hounds Retreat at their own pace while we learn about their needs and routine.

During the session, your dog will enjoy:

  • New! Scent Den Session

  • Off-lead play

  • Enrichment activities

  • Relaxation in a private cabin

Afterward, you’ll receive a report card, photo update, and a free PDF enrichment guide to support your dog at home.

Hounds Retreat isn’t the right fit for every dog—and that’s okay! If it’s not a match, we’ll recommend other care options.

Our drop-off and pick-up times are in the morning to allow dogs to settle into the routine of the day.

  • Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking.

  • To help keep your dog’s routine and diet consistent, please bring your dog’s own food for their stay.

  • All dogs must complete a Meet & Greet before booking overnight stays. This helps your dog get used to Hounds Retreat and ensures we are the right environment for them.

  • A 40% deposit of the overall booking fee is required to secure your booking.

Half Day Retreat

Please Note

To keep all our dogs safe, happy, and healthy, we kindly ask that all dog attending daycare meet the following requirements:

  • Up-to-date vaccinations are required.

  • If your dog has had to restart their vaccinations for any reason (primary vaccination course), please get in touch with us before booking, as there may be a waiting period before they can attend.

  • Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccination is strongly recommended, but not mandatory. Please note there is a 14 day waiting period after receiving Kennel cough vaccination.

  • Proof of vaccination will be requested before your dog's first visit.​

  • Dogs must be on regular parasite control for:

    • Fleas

    • Ticks

    • Worms

​

  • We currently do not accept puppies

  • Dogs must be over 12 months old
